Yes, our formulas are dermatologically tested and free from harsh chemicals, synthetic dyes, and optical brighteners to ensure they are gentle on even the most sensitive skin.

How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an express delivery option which arrives within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2 PM.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Absolutely. All our bottles are made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic and are fully recyclable. We encourage our customers to use our refill pouches to further reduce waste.

Can I use your laundry detergent on silk or wool?

Our signature scents are designed for general loads. For delicate fabrics like silk and wool, we recommend checking the garment care label first and using a dedicated delicate wash if specified.

What is your return policy?
